Commutative equivalents to von Neumann regularity

The following properties are equivalent to "von Neumann regular" in commutative rings: 1) strongly regular (since it is reduced) 2) unit-regular (since strongly regular-> unit-regular -> VNR) 3) V-ring (everybody attributes this to Kaplansky (Michler & Villamayor))
